In general, every form of meditation is in a certain way a means towards a neutral-positive way of living as well as the fulfilment of the Creational laws and recommendations, whereby especially seven meditative steps are of great importance and these can be learned in a meditative way. The meditative way can either be – as mentioned – taken by means of each meditation form, however as well in everyday life, namely by consciously maintaining thoughts and feelings to develop these seven steps and let these become reality, these steps should be strived for and are arranged as follows.	Allgemein ist jede Form der Meditation in einem Teil auch ein bestimmter Weg zur neutral-positiven Lebensführung sowie zur Erfüllung der schöpferi- schen Gesetze und Gebote, wobei ganz besonders sieben meditative Schritte von sehr grosser Bedeu- tung und meditativ zu erlernen sind. Der meditative Weg kann dabei sowohl – wie gesagt – über jede Meditationsform beschritten werden, wie jedoch auch im Alltagsleben, wenn bewusst Gedanken und Gefühle gepflegt werden, um die sieben Schritte zu erarbeiten und Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen, die sich wie folgt gliedern und angestrebt werden sollen:
1) Positive thinking	1) Positive Gedanken
Positive thoughts come from the result of the recognition that everything is both negative as well as positive and because of that forms a perfect unity. In this way everything can be seen efficiently and therefore be used specifically as a support to develop thoughts and shape our lives in a Creational lawful way. This also counts especially in respect to going through life with attentiveness, being virtuous, with perseverance and patience, as well as trusting in one's own personality and that its strength and rationality are cultivated; joy and humour should as well be granted its necessary place. Life is to be taken as it is, whereby always the best should be made of it, along with everything which needs be left or done, what needs to be left or done which cannot be delayed. Behind all appearance we must gratefully recognize the reality and the truthful fullness/richness of life. Love, peace, freedom, harmony and positive-neutral balance must be excellencies held in high regard in relation to all things, as well as the protection of all life, humaneness and the fulfilment of all Creational laws to the best of our abilities.	Positive Gedanken entstehen im Erkennen dessen, dass alles sowohl negativ als auch positiv ist und dadurch eine vollkommene Einheit bildet. In diesem Sinn ist alles als gut zu sehen, das eigens als Hilfe genutzt werden kann, um die Gedanken und das Leben schöpfungsgesetzmässig zu gestalten. Das auch in der Hinsicht, dass eigens achtsam, tugendhaft und beharrlich durchs Leben gegangen und das Vertrauen in die eigene Persönlich- keit und deren Kraft und Vernunft gepflegt und auch der Freude und dem Humor der notwendige Platz eingeräumt wird. Das Leben ist dabei so zu nehmen, wie es sich gibt, wobei immer das Beste daraus gemacht wird, wie auch alles gelassen oder getan werden muss, was zu lassen oder zu tun und unaufschiebbar ist. Hinter allem Schein muss dankbar die Wirklichkeit und die wahrheitliche Fülle des Leben erkannt und gelebt werden. Liebe, Frieden, Freiheit, Harmonie und positiv-neutrale Ausgeglichenheit müssen Vorzüglichkeiten der Wertschätzung in bezug auf alle Dinge sein, wie auch der Schutz allen Lebens, die Menschlichkeit und die Erfüllung aller schöpferischen Gesetze nach bestem Können und Vermögen.
2) Positive feelings	2) Positive Gefühle
Feelings arise in every case and thus without exception from preceding thoughts. Therefore feelings take shape in accordance to the nature of thoughts – be it in a negative or positive manner. Important with regard to success, progress and development are solely and exclusively positive thoughts and feelings, through which at all times the cooperating negative within them is usefully used and processed towards the positive-equalized and thereby as well towards corresponding positive feelings. The way to positive feelings leads via positive thoughts in a way that everything is taken as it basically is, meaning without it all being battered, hated, slandered or condemned and so forth. This as well applies to all human beings who in any manner first of all should be accepted as they are. The whole thing specifically requires and open-minded, honest and effective integrity towards one's own virtuous, because only by doing so one recognizes one's own truthful worthiness and for that matter the fullness of the feelings can be lived in honesty. This all requires, that life - and all which it accounts for – should always be observed, however not be condemned. This applies as well to the fellow human beings, who have to be accepted as they are, without evaluating them and out of that stick a label on them or condemn/judge them. That, however can only happen, when solely and exclusively the other is viewed as a human being and precisely therefor, we let the rightful lovingly unfold. Through the right thoughts, right feelings are as well created, which the fellow human being intuitively views as such when these do now not condemn him/her per his/her possible wrong doings.	Gefühle entstehen in jedem Fall und also ausnahmslos aus vorhergehenden Gedanken. Also formen sich die Gefühle nach Art der Gedanken – negativ oder positiv. Wichtig sind in bezug auf Erfolg, Fortschritt und Entwicklung einzig und allein positive Gedanken und Gefühle, durch die das stets in ihnen mitwirkende Negative nutzvoll zum Positiven verarbeitet und zum Neutral-Aus-geglichenen umgeformt wird und damit auch zu entsprechend positiven Gefühlen. Der Weg zu positiven Gefühlen führt über positive Gedanken in der Weise, dass alles so genommen wird, wie es grundsätzlich ist, und zwar ohne dass es beharmt, gehasst, verleumdet oder verurteilt wird usw. Das bezieht sich auch auf die Menschen, die in ihrer Art und Weise so angenommen werden müssen, wie sie nun einmal sind. Das Ganze bedingt, dass eigens offen und ehrlich und in Wirkung aller Tugenden zu den eigenen Gedanken und Gefühlen gestanden wird, weil nur dadurch der eigene wahre Wert erkannt und in der Fülle der diesbezüglichen Gefühle ehrlich gelebt werden kann. All das bedingt, dass das Leben – und alles was sich darin ergibt – allzeitig nur beobachtet, jedoch nicht bewertet wird. Das bezieht sich auch auf den Mitmenschen, der so genommen werden muss, wie er ist, ohne ihn zu bewerten und ihn auch nicht daraus heraus vorzuverurteilen oder zu verurteilen. Das aber kann nur dadurch geschehen, indem er einzig und allein als Mensch gesehen wird und eigens nur liebevoll das Richtige geschehen lässt. Durch richtige Gedanken werden auch richtige Gefühle geschaffen, die den Mitmenschen gefühlsmässig als solchen erachten und ihn nicht gemäss seinen möglichen schlechten Taten verurteilen.
3) Positive willpower	3) Positive Willenskraft
Positive willpower lays in the willingness to learn and the willingness to understand as well as in the motivation and the initiative, which precedes it all. All in all however apologies and forgiveness in relation to one's self as well as towards the fellow human being are of importance, especially when the right thing must be done. When the willpower is used to do something which specifically needs to be done, then this can only happen when no thoughts and feeling related obstacles are standing in the way; when there is nothing that needs to be dealt with, which still requires an unsettled apology or pardon. An essential condition for the utilisation of positive willpower is also to listen to what life demands, and to gain the necessary insights out of that, to draw the right conclusions and to make the right decisions, and to then let it all come to fruition by applying positive willpower. Thus it is important to establish one's own positive willpower and by doing so fulfilling one's own will, which is opposed to and therefore never can be the will of some higher power a God or another human being. One's own positive willpower stands above all wills of all other human beings and powers, when the human being is now conscious of this and cultivates and safeguards the freedom of his/her own will with this strength.	Positive Willenskraft ist im Lernenwollen und Verstehenwollen sowie in der Motivation und Initiative, die allem vorausgehen. Im Ganzen sind jedoch auch das Entschuldigen und das Verzeihen in bezug auf sich selbst sowie gegenüber den Mitmenschen von Dringlichkeit, wenn eigens das Richtige getan werden soll. Soll die Willenskraft dazu genutzt werden, etwas zu tun, was eigens getan werden soll, dann kann das nur dadurch geschehen, indem keine gedanklichen und gefühlsmässigen Hindernisse im Weg stehen; wenn nichts ansteht, das noch einer ausstehenden Entschuldigung oder Verzeihung bedarf. Eine Grundbedingung zur Nutzung der positiven Willenskraft ist auch zu hören, was das Leben will, um daraus die notwendigen Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen, die richtigen Schlüsse zu ziehen und die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen, die es dann mit positiver Willenskraft in die Wirklichkeit umzusetzen gilt. Also gilt es, die eigene positive Willenskraft daraus aufzubauen und durch diese den eigenen Willen zu erfüllen, dem niemals ein höherer Wille einer höheren Macht, eines Gottes oder Menschen entgegensteht. Die eigene positive Willenskraft steht über allem Wollen anderer Menschen und Kräfte, wenn sich der Mensch dieser Wahrheit nur bewusst ist und die Freiheit des eigenen Willens mit dessen Kraft bewahrt und pflegt.
4) Positive way/manner of speaking	4) Positive Redensweise
A positive manner of speaking lays therein, that one expresses oneself through words clearly and explicitly. A positive manner of speaking can both be learned through a proper meditation, as well as consciously in everyday life through the cultivation of appropriate thoughts and feelings. As a matter of fact, the feelings arising from the thoughts do play a certain role as these determine the emphasis of the manner of speaking. A positive manner of speaking implies that words are spoken clearly and explicitly and that their meaning is precisely chosen so that no misunderstandings occur. A positive manner of speaking as well rests upon the fact that no word inflation comes about, but rather that words and phrases in an appropriate manner - without a torrent of words - are formed in such a way that their effect is self-explanatory and unmistakable. No word inflation does not mean that something simply needs to be said in a short and conclusive way, because the rule proves, that from this a diffuse and unclear message arises. So, therefore logically a positive manner of speaking does not involve an extensive torrent of words, rather succinct words and phrases, which are accurate and explanatory and do not leave behind any imperfections.	Eine positive Redensweise besteht darin, sich klar und deutlich durch Worte auszudrücken. Eine positive Redensweise kann sowohl durch eine entsprechende Meditation, wie auch im Alltag bewusst durch das Pflegen von entsprechenden Gedanken und Gefühlen erlernt werden. Tatsächlich spielen dabei auch die Gefühle eine gewisse Rolle, die aus den Gedanken hervorgehen und auch die Betonung der Redensweise bestimmen. Eine positive Redensweise beinhaltet, dass Worte klar und deutlich gesprochen und deren Sinn präzise so gewählt wird, dass keine Missverständnisse entstehen. Die positive Redensweise beruht aber auch darin, dass keinerlei Wortinflation zustande kommt, sondern dass Worte und Sätze in angemessener Weise ohne Wortschwall derart geformt sind, dass sie ausführlich erklärend und unmissverständlich wirken. Keine Wortinflation bedeutet nicht, dass etwas einfach ‹kurz und bündig› gesagt werden soll, denn die Regel beweist, dass daraus ein ‹kurz und unbündig› entsteht. Also hat eine positive Redensweise logischerweise keinen weitläufigen Wortschwall zur Folge, sondern eine prägnante Wort- und Satzfolge, die ausführlich erklärend sind und keine Unvollkommenheiten hinterlassen.
A positive manner of speaking as well involves, that never unasked advice is given and no entrusted secrets etc. are retold. At the same time this also includes remaining silent, which one needs to give heed, for example when it concerns confidential matters. Honesty in word and deed as well belong to the positive manner of speaking, along with offering "gifts" of words, be it associated with joy, happiness, sorrow or grief, encouragement, to cheer up, as consolation, gratitude or blessing.	Eine positive Redensweise beruht auch darin, dass niemals ungebetene Ratschläge erteilt und keine anvertraute Geheimnisse usw. weitererzählt werden. Gleichermassen ist also darin auch das Schweigen enthalten, das eingehalten werden muss, wie z. B., wenn es sich um vertrauliche Dinge handelt. Zur positiven Redensweise gehört auch die Ehrlichkeit in Wort und Tat, wie aber auch das Erteilen von Wortgeschenken, sei es nun in Freude, Glück, Leid oder Trauer, zur Ermunterung, zur Mutmachung, als Trost, Dank oder Segen.
5) Positive way/manner of behaviour	5) Positive Handlungsweise
In the positive manner of behaviour the whole of life is included, so also the nature, the human being, the fauna the flora and all which exists. The positive manner of behaviour demands consideration as well as sensitivity and a thoughtful attitude from the human being towards the fellow human being and all life and existence, namely in a loving, helpful and productive-constructive manner. On the whole it also includes perseverance, thoughtfulness, trustworthiness, and furthermore the independence related to expectations from other human beings. A positive manner of behaviour calls for self-confidence and self-responsibility along with, always being fully aware of the fact what – with the assistance of the inner guidance - needs to be taken care of and needs to be done, and knowing the right moment when it needs to be done. At the same time it includes the act of give-and-take in the right way, as well as the measure of one's own nutrition, the treatment of the fellow human being as well as respecting joyfulness, freedom and harmony, peace and loving one ́s self and the fellow human beings.	In die positive Handlungsweise ist das gesamte Leben einbezogen, so also auch die Natur, der Mensch, die Fauna und Flora und alles, was da existiert. Die positive Handlungsweise fordert vom Menschen Überlegtheit sowie Feinfühligkeit und Nachsichtigkeit gegenüber dem Mitmenschen und allem Leben und Existenten, und zwar in einer liebevollen, hilfreichen und aufbauend-konstruktiven Art und Weise. Im ganzen sind auch die Beharrlichkeit, Rücksichtnahme und Zuverlässigkeit enthalten, wie aber auch das Unabhängigsein in bezug auf Erwartungen von anderen Menschen. Eine positive Handlungsweise fordert Selbstbewusstsein und Selbstverantwortung wie auch, sich eigens dessen immer klar bewusst zu sein, was aus dem inneren Wertgefühl und der inneren Führung heraus zu tun ist und was getan wird, und was im richtigen Augenblick getan werden muss. Es beinhaltet aber auch das Geben und Nehmen in richtiger Weise, wie auch das Mass der eigenen Nahrung, die Behandlung der Mitmenschen sowie das Respektieren der Fröhlichkeit, Freiheit und Harmonie, des Friedens, der Freude und Liebe der eigenen Person und der Mitmenschen.
6) Positive form of consciousness	6) Positive Bewusstseinsform
A positive form of consciousness arises from the recognition of the effective truth and reality. This state of consciousness encloses harmony, love and peace, along with modesty, joy, happiness and freedom, from which all the high values of being a true human being are formed and therefrom ultimately evolution comes about. Regularly going into meditative quietness as well as taking the time to learn, to ponder on things and building up high values in oneself are necessities which should not be neglected. The positive form of consciousness requires that the whole life is oriented towards the highest and fulfilling the meaning of life, which consists in the conscious evolution of consciousness. It as well means, consciously-presently living a meaningful life within the framework of the Creational laws and recommendations.	Eine positive Bewusstseinsform entsteht durch die Erkenntnis der effectiven Wahrheit und Wirklichkeit. Dieser Bewusstseinsformzustand birgt Harmonie, Liebe und Frieden in sich, wie aber auch Bescheidenheit, Freude, Glück und Freiheit, woraus sich all die hohen Werte des wahren Menschseins und letztendlich der Evolution bilden. Regelmässig meditativ in die Stille zu gehn sowie sich Zeit zu nehmen, um zu lernen, zu sinnieren und in sich alle hohen Werte aufzubauen, ist eine Notwendigkeit, die nicht vernachlässigt werden sollte. Die positive Bewusstseinsform fordert, dass das ganze Leben auf das Höchste ausgerichtet und der Sinn des Lebens erfüllt wird, der in der bewussten Evolution des Bewusstseins besteht. Es bedeutet damit auch, bewusstseinsmässig gegenwärtig sinnvoll und im Rahmen der Erfüllung der schöpferischen Gesetze und Gebote zu leben.
7) Positive way of living	7) Positive Lebensweise
A positive way of living means, to live a life in accordance with the Creative-natural and Creative-spiritual laws and recommendations. In this light the human being will be able to go through life in a carefree and calm manner and in the recognition, that he/she alone decides over his/her wellbeing and the weal and woe of his/her existence, no matter what is brought upon him/her. Through the control of one's consciousness, one's thoughts and feelings as well as the state of one's psyche the human being decides himself/herself the way of positive living. He/she himself/herself decides his/her inner freedom and inner peace, his/her inner harmony and joy, even when bad things from the outside are brought upon him/her. So the human being alone determines over the harmonious relationship to himself/herself, the cultivation of his/her love and all things which rejoice him/her. Even when put in chains, the human being can nonetheless be free and still cultivate and maintain love as well as peace and harmony, because the positive way of living is an attitude towards life, which determines the how, the what and who the human being is.	Eine positive Lebensweise bedeutet, ein Leben gemäss den schöpferisch-natürlichen und schöpferisch-geistigen Gesetzen und Geboten zu führen. In diesem Sinn soll der Mensch sorglos und gelassen durchs Leben gehen können in der Erkenntnis, dass er ganz allein über das Wohl, Wehe und Wirken seines Daseins bestimmt, ganz gleich, was auch immer an ihn herangetragen wird. Durch das Verhalten seines Bewusstseins, seiner Gedanken und Gefühle sowie durch den Zustand seiner Psyche bestimmt er selbst seine positive Lebensweise. Er selbst bestimmt seine innere Freiheit und den inneren Frieden, seine innere Harmonie und seine Freude, und zwar auch dann, wenn Übles von aussen an ihn herangetragen wird. So bestimmt der Mensch allein über seine harmonischen Beziehungen, über die Pflege seiner Liebe und über alle Dinge, die ihn erfreuen. So kann er wohl in Ketten liegen, jedoch trotzdem frei sein und Liebe sowie Frieden und Harmonie in sich pflegen, denn die positive Lebensweise ist auch eine Lebenseinstellung, und diese bestimmt, was, wie und wer der Mensch ist.
The positive way of living determines the existence of the human being, as well as the fact that he/she likes to live, that however in addition he/she at any time is prepared to go when his/her life comes to an end. The positive way of living as well requires that the human being as long as he/she lives allows reason to prevail, is at any time a good example to him or herself, that he/she takes care of his/her body and his/her life, takes care of his/her health and that his/her whole existence is based on the true meaning of life, as well as to know and respect oneself.	Die positive Lebensweise bestimmt das Dasein des Menschen, so auch das, dass er gerne lebt, dass er jedoch auch jederzeit bereit ist zu gehn, wenn sein Leben abgelaufen ist. Die positive Lebensweise fordert aber auch, dass der Mensch, so lange er lebt, Vernunft walten lässt, sich selbst stets ein gutes Vorbild ist, dass er für seinen Leib und sein Leben und für seine Gesundheit sorgt und sein ganzes Dasein auf den wahren Sinn des Lebens ausrichtet, sich selbst erkennt und sich achtet.
